Revenue Sources and Advertising Policy

Journal for Research in Public Health (JRPH)

The Journal for Research in Public Health (JRPH) is an Open Access journal. This policy describes how the journal is funded and how it safeguards its editorial independence.

1. Revenue Sources

To sustain its operations and ensure the long-term accessibility of published articles, JRPH relies on the following funding sources:

1	Article Processing Charges (APCs)	Authors (or their institutions) pay an APC of IDR 100,000 only for each article that is accepted for publication (effective 1 April 2025). There is no article submission fee. The APC supports the open dissemination of research, the handling and editing of submitted manuscripts, and the overall management and publication of the journal. Please refer to the Author Fees page for details.
2	Publisher Support	The journal receives financial and operational support from Universitas STRADA Indonesia. This support contributes to infrastructure maintenance (OJS server), administrative needs, and digital preservation efforts.

Editorial Independence

Revenue sources do not influence editorial decisions. The decision to accept or reject a manuscript is based entirely on its scientific validity, scope, and relevance, as evaluated by peer reviewers. Payment of the APC does not guarantee acceptance.

2. Advertising Policy

To ensure editorial independence and provide a distraction-free reading environment, JRPH adheres to a strict No-Advertising Policy.

• The journal does not accept or publish any form of commercial advertising on its website or within its published articles, including banners, pop-ups, or sponsored links.
• The journal website is dedicated exclusively to scientific content and information related to the submission and peer review process.
